POWER TO CONTROL - Therapy Exercise Downloadable

$2.50

A therapist-approved exercise to help you control the controllable things in life, and forget about the rest.

Two pages, downloadable and printable on A4 paper.

ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
When we focus on what we can control, we remove the rest from our minds — and with it, the worry and unhelpful thoughts that come with focusing on what we’re unable to control. For instance, you can control putting your best work forward, but you can’t control your boss’s reaction to that work. By focusing on the first, you are better set up for success.

This downloadable exercise includes a ‘How To’ written guide by a therapist as well as a template for inputting what you can control and what you cannot control. Download it today and reuse it over and over.

Worksheets are developed by certified practising counsellor, Tammi Miller, to provide strategies and personal tools for investing in and taking a proactive step toward improving your healthier, happier mindset.

ABOUT TAMMI
Tammi Miller is a certified practising counsellor, the author of Paperback Therapy: Therapist Approved Tools and Advice for Mastering your Mental Health, the founder of Australian-based counselling service BARE Therapy, and a public speaker and commentator on mental health and wellbeing. She is passionate about improving mental health literacy for all Australians.
